This new three-story 47,500 SF health sciences building contains classrooms and instructional laboratories for health technology and biotechnology studies. The facility houses Health Information, Massage Therapy, Medical Assisting, Medical Instrument Sterilization, Medical Laboratory, Medical Transcription, Nursing and Respiratory Therapy. This $7,700,000 project was designed to allow for future phased expansions and incorporated sustainable design components.
The $8,400,000, two-story 43,174 SF addition to the Health Sciences Building contains laboratories, classrooms, and staff offices. Scope includes site improvements for the building addition and courtyard, and a 110’ pedestrian bridge to connect student parking with the new addition. This project has been designed to achieve LEED certification.
