Chippewa Local Schools Chippewa New 7-12 MS/HS

Design of a 638-student 7-12 school. This school includes a gymnasium as well as a performing arts center. This project has achieved LEED Silver Certification.


Cloverleaf Local School District & OSFC Cloverleaf Elementary School

New 135,000 SF, PK-4 elementary school building on 48 acres designed to achieve LEED Silver certification.


Portage County Courthouse & Law Library

Three-story, 34,000 SF phased renovation to existing courthouse building including 25,000 SF of existing building and a 9,000 SF three-story addition. Project also included an interior fit-out for approximately 1,100 SF of previously unallocated space and re-design of approximately 1,600 SF of second floor space.


Crocker Park Crocker Park Phase I & II

Lifestyle and mixed use development comprised of over twenty buildings housing retail, class A office space, theaters, apartments and condominiums varying in height from one story to six stories with 1.2 million SF of retail and 650 residential units.


City of Cuyahoga Falls Cuyahoga Falls Community Recreation Wellness Center

This facility provides a community recreation and wellness center servicing over 50,000 residents of Cuyahoga Falls and Munroe Falls.


Edgewood Hope VI

TBA provided civil engineering and landscape architecture services for the Akron Metropolitan Housing Authority’s Edgewood Hope VI Redevelopment.


Cleveland State University Euclid Avenue Parking Structure

The 2½-story, 66,861 SF, 228-car parking structure is associated with a new 600-bed student housing complex. The
parking structure was constructed in Phase 1 of the two-phased project and achieved LEED Silver certification.
The garage utilized a cast-in-place post-tensioned structural system. Given the structures integration with the student
housing complex, the garage was architecturally clad incorporating a variety of finishes as well as a green wall to soften
the urban setting.


Cleveland State University Euclid Avenue Student Housing

The new student housing complex consists of four 4-story structures and includes retail, admissions, commons area and dormitory (548 beds) for a total of 229,096 SF. Three student residential buildings were constructed in Phase 1 of the project. The fourth student residential building was constructed in a second phase. This project achieved LEED Silver
certification. 


Ashtabula Board of County Commissioners Geneva State Park Lodge & Conference Center

Four-story 113,000 SF 113-room state lodge and conference center building on a beautiful seven-acre site on the shores of Lake Erie.


City of Green Green Municipal Adminstration Building

New administrative offices to house several city departments and the local board of education.


CEOGC George Forbes Head Start Head Start at Windmere

One-story 25,000 SF educational facility designed to serve 300 underprivileged children from six weeks to three years old and traditional Head Start preschool-aged children.


Cleveland Clinic Health System Holiday Inn

Nine-story, 276-room hotel with indoor pool, full service kitchen, dining, meeting room, fitness and laundry.


Horseshoe Casino Horseshoe (JACK) Casino

TBA provided structural engineering services for the modifications to 300,000 SF of the existing Higbee Building to be renovated into the Horseshoe Casino. This circa 1930 building is in the National Register of Historic Places.

Cuyahoga Community College Hospitality Management Program Renovation

25,000 SF renovation and re-purpose of the existing first floor of the former May Company department store (built circa 1908) near Public Square in downtown Cleveland for the Tri-C Hospitality Management Center.


Akron Children's Hospital Kay Jewelers Pavilion (Critical Care Tower)

The $178,000,000 project consists of a 240,000 SF medical office building, new central atrium and 100,000 SF critical care NICU, and will serve as a child-focused patient and visitor welcome center that will streamline access to the campus.


Akron Public Schools National Inventors Hall of Fame School - STEM School

Five-story 50,000 SF school addition to the Inventors Hall of Fame. The new addition incorporated a new central atrium, classrooms and laboratories, gymnasium, bleacher system overlooking the gymnasium, and flexible classroom partitioning.


University of Akron North Campus Parking Garage

Five-story 1,050-car open parking garage and pedestrian bridge. Street level included retail and university offices.


Fisher-Titus Medical Center Phase II, IV, and V

Phase II
One-story 11,750 SF addition and renovation of 20,150 SF of the existing one-story medical facility for oncology and rehabilitation.

Phase IV
One-story 20,000 SF Heart and Vascular Center addition and CT scanner room renovation. This addition was designed to accommodate future second and third floors.

Phase V
Design Development for a one-story 20,000 SF addition and renovation of 15,000 SF to the existing building for Emergency Room and interior renovation to admitting, imaging, blood draw waiting areas and support spaces.

Morse Wing II
Emergency Department addition, new entry and admitting and renovation for imaging. 

Radiology, Surgery and Endoscopy Additions and Renovations
A new 2,980 SF one-story infill addition located between CSP and the current ASC areas, in addition to a new 900 SF IT penthouse addition located above the CV wing, designed to support one additional future story and roof. Renovations include a new stand alone alley canopy between the existing and new expansion for patients going to the PET/MRI trucks. Total construction budget was approximately $19,600,600.


City of Cleveland RTA West 117th Street Station

This project embraces the aesthetic vernacular of train stations of a bygone era, providing access to the Cleveland RTA at West 117th street location. Project included the renovation of the existing head wall and platform canopy.


Cleveland State University Student Center

The new student center includes a main food service kitchen and dining area, bookstore, conference center, student life administration offices, and space for student organizations.

Two-story 144,000 SF structure with sanctuary, classrooms, offices and support facilities on an 80-acre campus.
