This $480 million lifestyle and mixed use development is comprised of over twenty buildings housing retail, class A office space, theaters, apartments and condominiums varying in height from one story to six stories with 1.2 million SF of retail and 650 residential units. The retail component includes over 100 of the nation’s top retailers and over 30 restaurants. Other amenities include a community market center for special events and farmers market and wide promenades with stand alone restaurants and kiosks. 

The project also included the design of (4) four-story parking structures for over 2,500 cars. Parking garages are typically connected to residential housing with pedestrian bridges.
