TBA has participated in over 500 hotel projects on a national basis including over 100 projects in the past 5 years. This experience includes full service and limited service hotels with a variety of amenities. Some of the amenities include conference centers, full service restaurants, laundry facilities, underground parking, mixed-use functions, detached and elevated pool structures.

Our projects have incorporated all the various structural and MEP systems utilized in hotel construction. Each project has its own set of design parameters established by the owners and operators, project site or location. These design parameters include geographics, site location and constraints, local building codes, type of services to be offered and economics. TBA, by virtue of our prior experience and acquired knowledge, is best equipped to help lead the owner/operator through the process of selecting the appropriate systems for their project.

TBA also offers technology design for in-room services as well as more advanced systems for conference centers and meeting facilities.
