Design of a six story, 158 room, 95,805 SF hotel. Project features include a pool and spa. Project also included a 1,100 LF extension of an existing boardwalk along the Lake Erie shoreline. Project architecture is reminiscent of turn of the century traditional beach front architecture with eyebrow facades and Victorian turrets.
