Our multi-residential housing experience encompasses low rise and high rise apartments and condominiums. Many of our projects are mixed use incorporated into lifestyle centers with lower level retail and office podiums supporting upper level residential.
Senior living projects include independent care, assisted living, skilled nursing and memory care. The design of residential and nursing facilities for our senior citizens is a specialized field requiring extensive experience as demonstrated by our portfolio.
