Ryan Wagner, Associate / Director of TBA Columbus Office, Electrical Engineer. Dedication, effort, and selflessness have led to the promotion of Electrical engineer Ryan Wagner to the position of Director of our Columbus office and Associate. Having joined the firm in 1999, he provides 23 years of experience and knowledge to this position. His leadership skills are exceptional including client management, staff training, and mentoring. Ryan leads by example and provides support for engineers and designers in both our electrical and mechanical departments. We look forward to the continued growth of our Columbus office under his guidance.

After joining our firm in 2014, Justin Hosseininejad quickly showed a willingness to help his coworkers manage the challenges associated with the engineering consulting industry. Strong technical and organizational skills have allowed him to flourish as a Senior Project Manager in our Electrical Department. He has developed exceptional client management skills and embraces the importance of responsiveness and dedication to client satisfaction. We are proud to announce Justin’s promotion to Associate.

Patty Fellenstein, Structural Senior Project Manager, started at TBA in 2001 as a design engineer and has worked her way through the ranks to join senior management as an Associate. Patty has played a key role in managing a wide variety of clients and retail programs such as Barnes and Noble, Levi’s, LBrands, Peloton, etc., and several ground-up retail, restaurant, and bank projects including all facets of KeyBank construction. Patty mentors and manages multiple engineers working for her, and is truly a role model for her work ethic and endless commitment to TBA. TBA is proud to have Patty as one of our Associates!

Eric Fritz, Mechanical Senior Project Manager, joined TBA in 2019 and quickly proved himself to be a capable leader and excellent design engineer. Eric plays key roles in the design and coordination of many of our housing, senior living, large commercial and institutional projects, and in the training and development of less experienced staff through mentorship. TBA is proud of the excellent work and selfless attitude Eric has brought to our team and we look forward to many more years of success with his continued leadership.
