We are pleased to announce the addition of three new Principals to the TBA team – Dave Morgan, Rob Piriak, and Ryan Wagner.

David S. Morgan, Principal l Structural

Since joining TBA in February of 2005 as a Structural Design Engineer, Dave has moved through several promotions including Project Manager, Associate, and now Principal. His strong technical skills and valued leadership are impressive. Dave understands intricate problems in design and offers solutions quickly and effortlessly. In addition to providing design support to structural project engineers, Dave has served as lead engineer and project manager on a variety of project types including corporate, residential, institutional, commercial, and retail. As a Principal we are confident Dave will continue to be a valued resource for our clients and the entire structural engineering team.

Robert L. Piriak, Principal l Structural

In 2006 Rob joined TBA as a Structural Design Engineer with close to two decades of experience in engineering. His broad knowledge of construction types and methods has allowed him to both design and manage complex projects. Rob has worked on hundreds of projects in both the private and public sectors. In 2018 Rob became an Associate. He leads by example and provides experience, knowledge, and mentoring to his fellow engineers. Rob is also instrumental in developing and maintaining TBA standards, and his ability to manage complicated projects is exemplary.  We are positive that as a Principal Rob will skillfully lead TBA for decades to come.

Ryan D. Wagner, Principal l Electrical

In 24 years of loyal service, Ryan has climbed the ladder from CAD operator to Principal. His commitment to the firm and his co-workers has been exceptional. He has been a strong leader in our electrical department and has been instrumental in the establishment and development of our Columbus office. Selflessness has been a defining quality of his career. Congratulations to Ryan on this remarkable achievement.
