Renovation of an existing two-story building with a basement totaling 120,000 SF. Project included demolition of the existing 1971 building renovation of the remaining circa 1960 classroom building and adding a new two-story 12,000 SF addition. The exterior facade of the existing 1960’s structure was refaced to aesthetically complement the new addition resulting in a seamless transition between old and new.
