Redevelopment of the first enclosed mall in Pennsylvania, Northway Mall, into The Block Northway. The Block is comprised of 329,000 SF of retail and restaurant space. New retail stores include Nordstrom Rack, Saks off Fifth, Container Store, ULTA, DSW and Dave & Buster’s. Additional features include new parking at the lower level of the former anchor / department store as well as a revamped mall concourse with motorized curtain wall glazing to transform the concourse to partially open and nearly 1,500 LF of façade renovation and enhancement of the re-used building. Future phases of this project include additional retail space as well as office and residential development.
