One-story 25,000 SF educational facility designed to serve 300 underprivileged children from six weeks to three years old and traditional Head Start preschool-aged children. The center’s amphitheater-style training room is also used for adult skills-building programs. Five integrated canopies provide covered access from the facility to the Louis Stokes-Windermere rapid transit station. The facility also houses 12 classrooms, a small auditorium, a multi-purpose room, a computer room and an administration office.
